BBR was founded to act as a catalyst for building a bridge between North Americans and Rwandans to redeem humanity, following the tragedy of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. In the last eighteen years, Rwandans have reshaped their future through hard work and commitment. They are bouncing back from the abyss of yesteryears and rising to become a model in sustainable development.
